This site was created in accordance with Public Act 10-155, An Act Requiring the Establishment of a Searchable Database for State Expenditures. This Public Act requires the Office of Fiscal Analysis to establish and maintain a website for the purpose of posting state agency expenditures, including contracts and grants.
